**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Food Preparation:** Prepare food products according to McDonald’s quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

2. **Customer Service:** Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly and positive customer experience.

3. **Order Accuracy:** Ensure all orders are prepared and served accurately within the expected service time.

4. **Cleanliness:** Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, service area, dining area, and equipment.

5. **Teamwork:** Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

6. **Food Safety:** Follow all food safety procedures, including handwashing, temperature checks, and proper food handling.

7. **Sales and Suggestive Selling:** Promote available offers, combos, and add-on products to improve guest satisfaction and sales.

8. **Operational Standards:** Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.





**Working Conditions:**

- Shift-based duty, including weekends and holidays as per the roster.

- 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break, as per the applicable work schedule.

- One meal and weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
