Job Description – Sales & Business Development Executive (Flexible Packaging)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Locations: Delhi NCR / Sonipat, Mumbai, and South India

Work Mode:

- North India (Delhi NCR / Sonipat): On-site
- Mumbai and South India: Work From Home (WFH), with travel for client meetings as required

Job Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in the flexible packaging industry.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Expand the customer base and explore new markets to achieve business growth.
- Handle B2B sales, client negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings and travel as required for business development.

Required Industry Knowledge





Candidates should have experience in flexible packaging products, preferably including:

- BOPP Wraps
- Shrink Sleeves
- PVC Shrink Films
- Versatile Packaging Pouches

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and new business development.
- Relevant experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred.
- Strong client network and market knowledge.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Salary and Benefits

Salary up to ₹12 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
