Suitor Guy is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support the day-to-day operations of the store in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have solid retail knowledge, team-handling ability, customer service skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the store manager in managing daily store operations.
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate store staff.
- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product availability.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store maintains brand standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality,



grooming, and performance.
- Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store revenue.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the store.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and retail procedures.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
