Job Summary

Sakvinyl Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced CNC Turning Operator cum Programmer with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning operations, machine setting, and CNC programming.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently setting up machines, developing and optimizing programs, machining precision components, and ensuring that all parts meet drawing and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up CNC turning machines independently.
- Develop, edit, simulate where applicable, and prove out CNC programs.
- Work with multiple CNC controller types.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Select cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and appropriate machining parameters.
- Perform job setting, tool offset adjustments, and first-piece inspection.
- Manufacture components within specified dimensional and surface-finish requirements.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
- Improve machining cycle times, tool life,



and productivity without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain machine condition, workplace safety, and production records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 15 years of relevant CNC turning experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in machine operation, setting, and programming.
- Experience working with multiple CNC controllers.
- Good knowledge of G-code, M-code, tool offsets, and cutting parameters.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Proficiency in precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges.
- Experience machining precision engineering components is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and resolve complex machining problems.
