Hiring: QA Engineer / Varicent Developer | 4+ Years of Experience

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer / Varicent Developer with strong expertise in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), enterprise application testing, and incentive compensation solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management).
- Expertise in Varicent configuration, plan design, calculations, and compensation rule implementation.
- Experience with Varicent models, data integration, workflows, and commission calculations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, complex queries, data validation, and database testing.
- Experience in QA testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Ability to validate incentive compensation plans, commissions, quotas, crediting rules, and payout calculations.
- Experience in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of API testing,



ETL validation, and enterprise data integration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and test management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting complex compensation calculation issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and test Varicent ICM solutions based on business requirements.
- Validate compensation plans, calculation logic, commission structures, and payout accuracy.
- Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing.
- Identify defects, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with development and business teams.
- Support production issue analysis, UAT, and release validation.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and quality across enterprise compensation applications.
