About the Internship

Trinex Global is looking for motivated students and freshers interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The internship offers exposure to recruitment processes, candidate coordination, HR operations, and live hiring projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn and relevant job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Update recruitment trackers using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in publishing job openings and developing candidate pipelines.
- Support onboarding coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Students and freshers from any academic background may apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment,

- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently in a remote environment.
