Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to maintain accurate company records, update databases, manage Excel sheets, and support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have positive typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, Excel sheets, and internal records.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, inventory, client details, and other business documents.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate with the accounts, purchase, operations, and other departments for data collection and verification.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.




- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and data management knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Preferred Experience: 0–2 years in data entry, back-office operations, or administration.
