Coordinate design development in alignment with client, tenant, and operator requirements.
Ensure design deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
Support integration of architectural, engineering, and specialist designs.
Operational Responsibilities
Track design development progress and drawing issuance.
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance with approved DBR and guidelines.
Coordinate material approvals, shop drawings, mock-ups, and samples.
Maintain drawing registers, GFC logs, and approval trackers.
Participate in design coordination meetings and client interactions.
Educational Qualification
B.Arch / BE – Civil
Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred
