- 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in motor insurance
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Doing QC of policy issued against data entry done in SAIBA
- Issuance of all type of motor policies through portal of insurer
- Taking follow up on cases where payment is pending & discrepancy raised
- Taking follow up & keeping track of NCB recovery & Cheque bounce cases. (This includes assigning of cases to concern RMs in SAIBA)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
