Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, cloud-based data platforms, and data integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, business analysts, and solution teams to design scalable data architectures that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business operations. Experience integrating enterprise systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, and understanding supply chain processes will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-wide data architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Develop logical and physical data models, architecture blueprints, and data integration strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
- Define end-to-end data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation frameworks.
- Lead data integration initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise business applications.
- Establish data governance, metadata management, data quality, and validation standards.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy,



and reliability through validation and reconciliation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data pipeline performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support cloud data modernization initiatives and contribute to enterprise data strategy and roadmaps.
- Follow Agile methodologies and maintain architecture documentation and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Data Architecture.
- Strong experience in enterprise data modeling and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure data services.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Azure Data Lake / ADLS Gen2
- Azure Databricks
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise data platforms and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and data validation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data architecture solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.




- Ability to work with globally distributed teams during the specified IST shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of supply chain data and analytics.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale cloud analytics and data modernization projects.
- Azure or Databricks certifications.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Background Verification Requirements

Candidates must be willing to undergo the client's background verification process, which may include:

- Employment verification.
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) / criminal record check, as required by the client.
- English communication and fluency assessment.
