Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Estimator (QE) with experience in building construction, quantity estimation, cost analysis, and quality assessment. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, reviewing drawings, estimating material and labour costs, and ensuring that project estimates meet quality standards and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs.
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and material requirement statements.
- Estimate material, labour, and subcontractor costs for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Conduct rate analysis and compare vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Verify quantities, specifications, and construction quality requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Monitor material wastage and support cost-control measures.




- Maintain estimation records and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and company quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in building construction estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and costing.
- Robust analytical, numerical, and coordination skills.

- Experience in residential buildings, villas, and premium construction projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet estimation deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and cost accuracy.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
