Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Manage guest seating and reservations.
- Answer guest inquiries and handle feedback.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and professional front area.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
