About the Role

Indira Kunj Ruby Stone Hotel, Restaurant & Banquet is looking for a dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and common areas.
- Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, cleaning materials, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the front office, maintenance, and banquet teams.
- Ensure timely cleaning and preparation of rooms and banquet areas.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel hygiene protocols.
- Address guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, and operational records.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards,



hygiene practices, and inventory control.
- Ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and guest-focused.
- Candidates residing within 5–25 km of the hotel are strongly preferred.
