We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume blue-collar hiring across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Job Hai, referrals, and walk-in drives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline roles.
- Drive bulk hiring for Housekeeping, Kitchen Helpers, Stewards, Production Staff, Warehouse Associates, and Delivery Executives.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, and local hiring campaigns.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and improve joining ratios.
- Coordinate with Operations and Hiring Managers for manpower planning.




- Track recruitment MIS and hiring metrics.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Job Hai, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Industry: Hospitality, QSR, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing.
