Excellent Flow provides electronic health record and billing solutions for medical clinics across the United States. We're growing our team and looking for a detail-oriented billing skilled to help our provider clients get paid accurately and on time.

Job Summary
We're looking for a Billing and Collections Specialist to manage the full claims lifecycle from submission through payment resolution. You'll be the person making sure claims don't fall through the cracks, catching errors before they cause denials, and following through until every claim is resolved.

Responsibilities

- Review charge slips carefully for accuracy before submitting claims
- Submit claims in a timely manner, making sure none are missed
- Track claim statuses regularly to confirm they reach the correct payer
- Review insurance responses (RTDs, EOBs, denials) for discrepancies and post payments to the correct claims
- Resolve disputes by calling payers, filing appeals, and completing payment tracing and claim inquiry forms
- Follow every claim through to resolution on the provider's behalf,



so they can stay focused on patient care

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting, business administration)
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft , Excel, word Google sheets and related software/databases
- Comfortable using independent judgment and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Team-oriented, with the ability to motivate others and resolve issues as they arise
- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, easily understood pronunciation.

Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/ICD-10 codes and medical terminology is a plus, but not required , since training will be provided.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹113,000.00 per month
