Job Title: Continental CDP & Commis Chef

Job Description:

Prime Source Group is hiring skilled and motivated culinary professionals for Continental CDP and Commis Chef positions. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine, with exposure to European, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, or American dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute Continental dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Handle mise en place, food preparation, and kitchen station management.
- Prepare pasta, risotto, sauces, grills, steaks, burgers, salads, and other international dishes as per the menu.
- Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene, portion control, and quality standards.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and plating specifications.
- Work efficiently during peak hours and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Assist with menu development and new dish preparation when required.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Continental cuisine.




- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, and food preparation.
- CDP candidates must be capable of independently handling a kitchen section.
- Commis candidates should have good basic culinary skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on role and experience.
- Working hours: 9 hours per day.
- Weekly offs: 4 days per month.
- Food and accommodation provided.
