Job Description – HR Executive (Recruitment)

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for machine operators, CNC/VMC operators, helpers, technicians, and other shop-floor positions.
- Source candidates through local references, consultants, job portals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned departments.
- Focus on local candidate sourcing and timely closure of plant-level vacancies.
- Coordinate candidate selection, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, salary calculations,



and attendance verification.
- Maintain employee files, recruitment trackers, payroll records, and HR MIS.
- Handle employee queries and support daily plant HR activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of shop-floor and industrial manpower hiring.
- Practical experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
