- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, and employee advantages.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor probation periods, employee confirmations, performance appraisals, and increments.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and employee-related documentation.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required by management.
