- Supervise and coordinate production activities for Plastic injection molding lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Optimize production processes, manage resources, and lead a team to meet production targets in the automotive components manufacturing environment.
- Oversee daily production activities for auto tensioner lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. -
- Manage and supervise a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. --
- Monitor production output and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. --
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a protected working environment for all production personnel. --
- Expertise in managing and optimizing auto tensioner production lines, including workflow design, resource allocation, and bottleneck analysis to improve throughput and reduce cycle times.




- In-depth knowledge of automotive plastic components used in auto tensioners, including material properties, manufacturing processes (molding, extrusion), and quality control to ensure durability and performance.
- Advanced skills in quality control methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma) and inspection techniques (CMM, visual inspection) to identify and resolve defects, ensuring auto tensioners meet stringent automotive industry standards.
- Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and optimize production processes in auto tensioner manufacturing.
