Vital Dental is looking for a skilled, experienced, well-groomed and dedicated Dental Nurse / Dental Assistant who can independently manage chairside assistance, understand dental procedures, maintain excellent sterilization standards and contribute to a premium patient experience.

The ideal candidate should be professional, soft-spoken, disciplined, quick to learn and capable of assisting dentists efficiently during routine as well as advanced dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical & Chairside Assistance

- Minimum 2–3 years of practical dental assisting experience.
- Proficient in assisting with RCT, extractions, crown preparations, restorations, scaling and surgical procedures.
- Experience assisting in dental implant surgeries and prosthetic procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, materials and their clinical applications.
- Prepare dental chairs, instruments and materials before appointments.
- Anticipate the dentist's requirements during procedures.
- Assist in maintaining smooth clinical workflow and timely patient turnover.
- SHOULD KNOW HOW TO COLLECT BLOOD AND GIVE IV LINES AFTER OR DURING THE TREATMENT.

2. Sterilization & Infection Control

- Thorough understanding of autoclaving, instrument sterilization and disinfection protocols.
- Follow biomedical waste management and infection prevention guidelines.
- Maintain sterilization records and clinical hygiene checklists.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sterile instruments.

3. Patient Care & Communication

- Welcome and prepare patients for dental procedures.




- Communicate politely and confidently in Hindi, Punjabi and preferably English.
- Maintain patient comfort, privacy and dignity.
- Assist patients with preoperative and postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy and a service-oriented attitude.

4. Clinical Inventory & Equipment Management

- Monitor dental materials, instruments and consumables.
- Maintain stock registers and report shortages in advance.
- Handle dental equipment carefully and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain organized, clean and fully equipped operatories.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a reputed dental clinic or multispecialty dental centre.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate, certified dental assistant or qualified dental nursing candidate preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of routine dental procedures.
- Good communication skills and explicit pronunciation.
- Presentable personality, excellent personal hygiene and professional grooming.
- Honest, punctual, responsible and dedicated to long-term employment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and coordinate with multiple dentists.
- Willingness to follow clinic SOPs, clinical checklists and quality standards.
- Prior experience in implant dentistry, digital dentistry or premium dental clinics will be an added advantage.
