Job Overview
We are hiring Tamil Voice Process Executives to join our customer support team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good Tamil communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls in Tamil.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and politely with customers.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Perks
- Take-home salary: ₹14,000 per month.
- Shift: Day shift.
- Working days: 6 days per week.
- Weekly off: One rotational day off.
