Banter Marketo is a digital marketing and growth agency specialising in performance marketing, B2B lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, creative strategy and digital growth solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administration.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.




- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Interest in recruitment and human resource management.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
