Job Summary
Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring Customer Care Executives for a voice process role. Candidates will handle customer calls, respond to queries, provide product and service information, and assist customers with their concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with resolving their concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Work towards assigned customer service and sales targets,
where applicable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: 0–3 years; freshers can apply.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Languages: English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000.
- Performance-based incentives, as applicable.
