The PSD Assistant (invoicing) is responsible for providing administrative support in the location to the PSD Manager. The support will enable the PSD Manager to focus on core Service Delivery activities.

Responsibilities:

- Support with all customer invoicing activities in the business line.
- Day to day invoice tracking for both customer and venders.
- Despatch all customer invoices to consignees and follow ups.
- Coordination with customer user group on any invoice discrepancy.
- Coordinating with the collection team on payments whichever applicable.
- Coordinate with Division resource teams for vender payment in case applicable.
- Assist other functions in the location as directed by the PSD Manager.
- Assist division in Workforce coordination and assignment including mobilization and demobilization of personel assigned in the rigsite or wellsite, both on-shore and off-shore.

Location of Assignment - Navi Mumbai

Report to Business Line PSD Manager

- Bachelor's in Commerce and accounting from any reputed university.
- 5-7 years of relevent experience
