We are looking for a BI / Modernization Engineer experienced in Tableau, SQL, Databricks, and interactive dashboard development using React and/or Python Dash. The candidate will help modernize legacy ColdFusion dashboards, improve reporting solutions, and integrate existing business intelligence applications with modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Develop data-driven web dashboards and visualization applications using React and/or Python Dash.
- Modernize existing ColdFusion dashboards and legacy reporting applications.
- Analyze legacy dashboard functionality, business logic, SQL queries, and data dependencies to support modernization.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
- Work with Databricks to access, process, and consume data for dashboarding and reporting solutions.
- Integrate dashboards with databases, APIs, and backend data services.
- Improve dashboard performance, usability, responsiveness, and data accuracy.
- Perform functional testing, data validation, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Document technical specifications, existing application logic, migration activities, and implementation changes.

Required Technical Skills

- Experience: 4+ years in BI development, dashboard engineering, application development,



or modernization.
- Tableau: Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, visualizations, and calculated fields.
- React and/or Python Dash: Experience building interactive dashboards or data-driven web applications.
- SQL: Solid knowledge of joins, subqueries, aggregations, complex queries, and query optimization.
- Databricks: Experience accessing or working with data in Databricks or a similar modern data platform.
- ColdFusion: Experience developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or modernizing ColdFusion dashboards and applications.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience migrating legacy dashboards to modern BI or web technologies.
- Experience integrating Tableau or web dashboards with APIs and backend databases.
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and application performance optimization.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
