Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, technical support, and ensuring projects are completed within budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Plan and manage project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.

Engineering & Technical Support

- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support during project execution.

Vendor & Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for project requirements.
- Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules.
- Attend project review meetings with customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical and project-related issues.

Installation & Commissioning

- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project implementation.




- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
- Facilitate smooth project handover to customers.

Quality, Safety & Documentation

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Prepare project closure reports and lessons learned documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required

- 3-8 years of experience in Project Engineering, Project Execution, or Project Coordination.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or related sectors is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
