- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related trade preferred.
- Experience in machine operation or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machine settings, tools, and operating procedures.
- Ability to identify basic machine faults and quality issues.
- Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth, continuous operation.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Identify machine faults and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
