Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the financial operations of the company and provide leadership to the finance team.
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's business goals.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Board of Directors.
- Must have experience in auditing and payroll.
- Manage the development and implementation of the accounting system.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other creditors.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.
- Keep abreast of developments in the field of finance and share knowledge with the team.




- Perform any other duties as required by the CEO or Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years of auditing experience.
- Qualified / Semi-qualified (one or the other level of CA).
- Financial advising license produced by the state.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong drive and positive attitude.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships.
- Positive knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in ACCPAC or ORACLE preferred.

Pay: ₹100,013.78 - ₹125,651.61 per month
