Ashdon Interior is a leading commercial Interior Developer in pan India. With a focus on systematic and aesthetically pleasing solutions, we optimize spaces to enhance the user experience.

We are looking for a agile HR to manage talent acquisition across its businesses, employee performance tracking, payroll, HRMS, and ESI/PF compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, recruitment, analytical, and HR management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar employees across business units and project sites.
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave records, and employee deductions.
- Manage ESI and PF registrations, contributions, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation using HRMS.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity across teams.
- Coordinate performance reviews, employee feedback, and improvement plans.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, attendance,



and HR policies.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, improving HR processes, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–2 years in HR, preferably across diverse industries.
- Practical knowledge of ESI, PF, payroll, and HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Understanding of HR processes, industry practices, and applicable labour laws.
- Qualification: Flexible; practical experience and skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
