HIRING: Direct Marketing Specialist (Web Development & Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a confident, target-driven professional experienced in cold calling, email marketing, and business development to generate new projects for our Digital Marketing and Web Development services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable reaching out to international businesses, pitching our services, building client relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make outbound and cold calls to international prospects.
- Conduct email marketing and personalized email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and approach businesses that require website development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other digital services.
- Research potential clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn, online directories, and prospecting tools.
- Explain our services, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails to convert opportunities into projects.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and support negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain lead databases, CRM records, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, client meetings, and project acquisition.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3–5 years of experience.
- BCA, MCA, Computer Science, IT,



or a related technical qualification.
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, international client calling, and email marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing services and website development solutions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and email outreach tools.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and client conversion skills.
