myG is looking for an experienced Business Head – Small Appliances to lead and drive the overall business growth, sales performance, profitability, and market expansion of our Small Appliances division. The role involves managing P&L;, leading regional sales teams, developing brand partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Manage the overall P&L;, budgets, sales targets, and business performance.
- Lead and mentor regional sales managers and cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with leading brands and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Drive category expansion, product assortment, new SKU introductions, and premium product sales.
- Monitor pricing, discounting, inventory, stock movement, and profit margins.
- Improve customer experience, after-sales service, and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Purchase, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Analyse business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.




- Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business/Retail Management is preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Small Appliances, Consumer Durables, Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or large multi-location sales operations.
- At least 7 years in senior business leadership roles managing sales operations and regional teams.
- Proven expertise in P&L; management, business planning, category management, and brand negotiations.
- Experience in retail network management and after-sales service is an added advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
