Retail Sales Executive – Clothing & Fashion Store

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and sales-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our clothing retail store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and prior experience in garment or fashion retail sales.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers professionally and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable clothing, styles, and sizes.
- Actively drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and merchandise replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.




- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in garment, apparel, or fashion retail sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly personality.
- Solid selling, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
- Good understanding of clothing, fashion trends, fabrics, and sizing.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to store sales growth.

Preferred Candidate

We prefer candidates who have previously worked in clothing showrooms, fashion retail outlets, branded apparel stores, or similar retail environments.
