- Support NBFC, Nidhi and MSCS clients on daily software use (loans, deposits, collections, accounting)
- Resolve client queries and issues quickly, and escalate technical problems to the development team with clear details
- Run day-end, month-end and year-end closing support
- Communicate with clients by phone, email and remote sessions
Qualification:
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Freshers with good financial and accounting knowledge can apply.
- Experience in NBFC, Nidhi companies, co-operative societies, or financial software support will be an added advantage.
- B.Tech is not required.
Not for pure IT or software profiles.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
