- Managing Staff: Hiring, training, scheduling, and leading the team of cashiers and stockers.
- Running the Store: Opening and closing the store, counting cash, and keeping everything clean and safe.
- Handling Stock: Ordering products, checking for expired food, and making sure shelves are always full and look neat.
- Boosting Sales: Making sure promotional displays look positive and keeping costs low to make a profit.
- Helping Customers: Solving customer complaints and making sure everyone gets great service.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years managing a retail store or supermarket department.
- Skills: Strong leadership, basic math for business budgets, and knowing how to use computer checkout systems (POS).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
