Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and corporate account details.
- Coordinate client meetings, site inspections, sales calls, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B;, and Banquets for client requirements.
- Follow up on business leads, contracts, and pending client confirmations.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of agreements, bookings, and sales activities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of working in a team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
