Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused and fluent Tamil- or Malayalam-speaking graduates to join our B2B customer service team for the Metropolis process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to assist business customers with their service-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and service requests professionally.
- Communicate with business customers in Tamil or Malayalam.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Maintain service quality and follow established process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate degree is mandatory.
- Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is required.




- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage; candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Shift Details

- Shift duration: 9 hours, including applicable breaks.
- Shift start times may vary between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- Weekly off: Rotational.
