Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil construction and site execution.
- Manage RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and external development.
- Handle interior and finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, and plumbing coordination.
- Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and site teams.
- Manage material planning, quantity checking, billing support, and site documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in real estate or building construction.
- Proven expertise in civil execution, interiors, and finishing works.
- Valuable knowledge of drawings, quality control, and contractor management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
