Job Description – Purchase Executive
- Help in buying mechanical, electrical, and industrial materials needed by the company.
- Ask suppliers for quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery time.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Work with the Stores, Production, and Accounts teams for purchase-related activities.
- Keep purchase records, supplier information, and documents updated and organized.
- Check stock levels and help arrange materials when required.
- Use MS Excel and basic computer applications for daily purchase work.
- Learn company purchase procedures and complete tasks assigned by the Purchase Manager.
