Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing ad campaigns, optimizing budgets, generating quality leads, and improving campaign performance through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including lead generation, conversions, and brand growth.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, A/B testing, creative testing, and bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.




- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and reporting.
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Good communication, reporting, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital agency environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with clients across industries such as real estate, healthcare, education, e-commerce, and B2B.
- Agency Experience
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRM integrations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
