Senior Engineer – NHAI Highway EPC

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Engineer to coordinate project execution, planning, progress, billing, resources, documentation and communication between project sites and management. The role requires strong coordination and follow-up skills with a practical understanding of civil construction and highway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track planned vs. actual project progress, milestones, critical activities and completion targets.
- Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, subcontractors and work fronts to maintain project progress.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, resource shortages and productivity issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Billing, QA/QC and Accounts teams.
- Monitor measurements, billing, certification, payments, variations and unbilled work.
- Maintain project MIS/dashboard covering progress, billing, cash flow, resources, procurement, risks, contractual matters and pending decisions.
- Track contractual matters including notices, approvals, variations, claims,



EOT and other project obligations.
- Coordinate with NHAI/PWD, Authority Engineers, consultants and other stakeholders for submissions, approvals, inspections and certifications.
- Monitor vendor/subcontractor performance, quantities, output and commercial compliance.
- Maintain records of delays, hindrances, project events and supporting documentation.
- Escalate critical technical, operational, contractual and commercial issues to management.
- Follow up on management decisions and ensure timely closure of critical actions.
- Support project close-out, final billing, claims, completion certification and release of securities.

Pay: ₹55,662.43 - ₹80,000.00 per month
