Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assist with HR documentation and daily HR operations
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Support other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
