We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warranty In-Charge to join our service centre.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Suzuki warranty claims and claim documentation.
- Coordinate with the service team and manufacturer.
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of warranty claims.
- Maintain warranty records and follow up on pending claims.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in automobile dealership warranty operations.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
- Valuable communication and computer skills.
