Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Location: Bhopal, Indore Madhya Pradesh.

Job Description: We are looking for a Candidate with 0.5 -2 years of experience The candidate is responsible

for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, Reconciliation of

Bank Statements, controlling the master data, and ensuring compliance with the GST, IT and other compliances.

Responsibilities:

➢ Accounting Management: Oversee accounting and auditing activities for clients from diverse

industries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

➢ Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to relevant auditing standards and financial reporting

frameworks such as Indian GAAP and IFRS.

➢ Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest levels of ethical conduct and professionalism in all

engagements.

➢ Client Relations: Foster strong professional relationships with clients.

➢ Team Collaboration: Work effectively within teams, communicating and coordinating efforts

to achieve common objectives.

➢ System Implementation: Implement efficient accounting systems and processes tailored to the

needs of our clients.

➢ Tax Filing:



Manage the filing of corporate tax returns/ITRs and GST filings, ensuring

compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

➢ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce (B. Com/M. Com) with 0.5-2 years of relevant

experience.

➢ Experience in filing corporate/individual tax returns is preferred.

➢ Candidate should have self-motivation and commitment to delivering quality work for the firm.

➢ Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

➢ Exhibit robust organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

➢ Proficient in accounting software like Tally or other ERPs to manage financial data.

➢ Candidate must have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial

challenges.

➢ Demonstrate proactivity in keeping abreast of contemporary accounting practices and industry

advancements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
