Position Overview

Evermark Developers is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager / AGM - Human Resources to lead and manage the organization's HR functions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the real estate sector and possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.

The role requires a proactive HR professional capable of aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, marketing, CRM, engineering, and site operations teams.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing professionals from the real estate industry.
- Coordinate manpower planning and workforce forecasting in line with business growth.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

- Oversee onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Drive employee satisfaction and organizational culture enhancement programs.

Performance Management

- Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes.




- Support department heads in goal setting, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Monitor employee productivity and recommend development plans.

Policy Development & Compliance

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR audits.

Training & Organizational Development

- Identify training needs and execute learning and development programs.
- Drive leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
- Facilitate organizational change management and process improvement projects.

Compensation & Benefits

- Support salary benchmarking, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee rewards programs.
- Provide strategic recommendations on compensation and retention strategies.

HR Strategy & Leadership

- Partner with senior management on HR planning and business strategy.
- Generate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment across real estate functions.
- Excellent leadership,



communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
- 7-8 years of HR experience, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
- Must be willing to work from the office at Sector 82, Mohali on a 6-day working schedule.
