We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. The role involves managing network devices, monitoring network performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, routing and switching technologies, network security, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Network Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, configuration errors, and performance-related problems.
- Routing and Switching: Configure and maintain routing and switching protocols to ensure productive communication across network environments.
- Network Security: Support the configuration and maintenance of firewalls, access controls, and other network security measures.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance, software updates, configuration backups, and system checks.
- Performance Optimization: Identify network bottlenecks, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance reliability.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, infrastructure diagrams, troubleshooting activities, and maintenance procedures.
- Incident Management: Respond to network incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring issues.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with IT support teams, system administrators, and other technical professionals to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- User Support:



Provide technical assistance for network-related problems and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Follow established IT policies, network security standards, and infrastructure management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure support is preferred.
- Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.
- Routing and Switching: Familiarity with network routing protocols, switching technologies, VLANs, and network configuration.
- Network Security: Basic knowledge of firewall configuration, access control, and network security principles.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues systematically.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
