Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-driven Mobile Application Developer capable of independently designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

The candidate must have strong knowledge of the complete Android and iOS development ecosystems, backend API integration, databases, application security, and production deployment. The candidate should be capable of managing the entire application development lifecycle without depending on other developers for routine tasks.

1. Android Development Skills

- Languages: Java, Kotlin
- Core Technologies: Java SE, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Data Structures, and Algorithms
- Android SDK: Android Studio, Android SDK, Android Jetpack, AndroidX
- UI Development: XML layouts, Material Design, responsive UI, custom components
- Architecture: MVVM, MVC, Repository Pattern, Clean Architecture
- Networking: REST APIs, Retrofit, OkHttp, JSON parsing
- Database & Storage: SQLite, Room Database, SharedPreferences, DataStore
- Background Processing: WorkManager, Services, Notifications, background tasks
- Security: Secure authentication, token management, permissions, secure local storage
- Testing & Debugging: JUnit, Espresso, Logcat, crash analysis, performance optimization
- Build & Release: Gradle, APK/AAB generation, signing, version management, Google Play Console deployment

2. iOS Development Skills

- Languages: Swift, Objective-C
- Core Technologies: Swift fundamentals, object-oriented programming, protocols, error handling, concurrency, memory management
- Development Tools: Xcode, iOS SDK, iOS Simulator




- UI Development: SwiftUI, UIKit, Auto Layout, responsive interfaces
- Architecture: MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture
- Networking: URLSession, REST APIs, JSON parsing
- Database & Storage: Core Data, SQLite, UserDefaults, Keychain
- Background Processing: Background Tasks, notifications, asynchronous operations
- Security: Keychain, authentication, secure data handling, permissions
- Testing & Debugging: XCTest, UI testing, Instruments, crash and performance analysis
- Build & Release: Xcode build configuration, code signing, provisioning profiles, TestFlight, App Store Connect, Apple App Store deployment

3. Backend & API Integration

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP methods.
- API integration, authentication, authorization, and token handling.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Database integration with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or similar databases.
- Understanding of Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDK integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot API failures and coordinate backend requirements independently.

4. Complete Application Development & Deployment

- Gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Design application architecture and user interfaces.
- Develop complete applications for Android and iOS.
- Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, maps, notifications, and other required services.
- Perform testing, debugging, security checks, and performance optimization.
- Manage Git, code reviews, build configuration, and release versions.




- Publish applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Handle production issues, application updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
- Take complete ownership of projects from initial planning through production deployment.

5. Required Candidate Profile

- Demonstrable experience developing Android and iOS applications.
- Strong practical knowledge of the relevant programming languages and development tools.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects end to end.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and select the right tools for business requirements.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous applications or practical project work.

6. Employment Conditions

- Full time, office-based position in Bengaluru.
- No work-from-home or remote-work facility.
- Six-month probation period, subject to company policy and employment terms.
- Salary will be negotiated based on technical skills, practical assessment, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
