Job Description

KSR Realty is looking for a talented and experienced Legal Professional to manage legal matters related to real estate transactions, property documentation, title verification, due diligence, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, legal scrutiny, and experience coordinating with banks for APF approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property title verification, legal scrutiny, and due diligence for real estate projects.
- Provide legal opinions on property documents, land ownership, and related legal matters.
- Draft, review, and vet sale agreements, sale deeds, development agreements,



joint venture agreements, and other real estate legal documents.
- Handle legal documentation and compliance requirements for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for APF (Approved Project Finance) approvals and follow-ups.
- Liaise with advocates, government authorities, registration offices, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain legal records, agreements, approvals, and documentation.
- Manage multiple legal assignments independently and ensure timely completion.
