Business Development Executive – Google Ads Services

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Google Ads Services to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, and sell Google Ads management and PPC services to businesses looking for online lead generation and customer acquisition.

The role includes prospect research, outbound calling, client communication, understanding business requirements, explaining Google Ads services, following up with prospects, and converting interested businesses into paying clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and approach potential clients who may need Google Ads management, PPC advertising, or paid search marketing services
- Connect with business owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers
- Generate business opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, business directories, and other approved channels
- Explain Google Ads management services, campaign optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, remarketing, and related services to prospective clients
- Understand client business goals, advertising requirements, target audience, and lead generation challenges
- Qualify prospects based on their business requirements, advertising budget, and readiness to invest in Google Ads
- Present suitable service offerings and explain the benefits of professional Google Ads management
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Schedule meetings or discussions between potential clients and the Google Ads specialist or relevant team members
- Handle initial questions, communicate service pricing, and support proposal discussions and negotiations
- Maintain prospect details, call records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates in CRM,



Excel, or Google Sheets
- Work towards daily outreach, follow-up, qualified opportunity, and sales conversion targets

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition preferred.

Experience selling Google Ads, PPC management, digital marketing, SEO, website development, or other B2B services will be preferred.
