Looking for a proactive and result-oriented Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can generate quality leads, connect with potential clients, and acquire new business opportunities for our US Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, B2B lead generation, client outreach, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients looking for US voice process, telecalling, customer support, and BPO outsourcing services.
- Reach out to decision-makers through social media, email, calls, and other channels.
- Initiate client conversations, understand their business requirements, and pitch the company's services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and generate enquiries.
- Maintain lead databases, track outreach activities, and prepare regular lead generation reports.




- Coordinate with management to discuss prospects, client requirements, and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in social media marketing, B2B lead generation, client acquisition, or business development.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and social media outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Experience in the BPO, call centre, US voice process, or outsourcing industry will be preferred.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can do more than just manage social media pages — the focus is on generating qualified leads, connecting with decision-makers, and bringing new clients to the company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
