Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Travel Consultant – International Holidays to join our team in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel industry and a solid interest in creating memorable domestic and international holiday experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and customize domestic and international travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Handle air ticketing (domestic & international) including bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Operate GDS tools (Galileo preferred) for flight reservations, fare calculation, and ticket issuance.
- Coordinate with travel vendors, hotels, transport providers, and activity partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate competitive rates, contracts, and package inclusions.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and travel requirements.
- Conduct site visits to hotels, vendors, and travel partners, when required.
- Stay updated on travel trends,



airline rules, visa regulations, and fare policies.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and high customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

- 3 to 6 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry, with exposure to ticketing and holiday package operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality).
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations and airline policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
- Hands-on experience with GDS (Galileo preferred).
- IATA certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
